If you can understand English well, you're halfway there.
You only need to practice. Here are some tips: you can try shadowing, pic a video (suitable for your level)or audio to shadow everyday. Listen to the video 2 or 3 times and then play it again and start to talk while you're playing the video. You can pick new words in the video put them in different sentences, say them out loud, and try to use it everyday. This would help you a lot with speaking and enhancing pronunciation ad well.
Another tip, you can ask AI to pic a topic for you (suitable for your level) and try to speak about this topic.
Or you can try to talk English while doing anything during your day, for example while you're preparing your breakfast try to describe what you're doing (imagine you're chef Sherbini)
